We are famous here in Jersey for our tomatoes and corn. After eating all those cardboard tomatoes throughout the winter, this is a real treat!
Just sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper, a little bit of mayo on toast. I'm a happy camper!

ReplyDeleteOh Patti, I truly believe we are soul sisters! I have eaten 4, yes 4 simple tomato sandwiches in the last 2 days! I was thinking that I'd have another one tomorrow and then I realized that my parents (where I'm visiting) are out of bread (gee, I wonder why!!! --- they must have mice!).
