EASY CHAI TEA LATTE
- 2 tea bags (preferably Darjeeling)
- l tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
